Here are some episodes of the now-famous show: “Joséphine Girl Dinner”, created back in 2024 in Costa Rica.

I love these videos because they remind me not to take myself too seriously. I’m a terrible cook (and the proof is all there on camera), but I had so much fun making them. Along the way, I even picked up two new skills: a little bit of cooking… and a lot of video editing. For me, it was never about the perfect dish, it was about enjoying the process.

So I hope you’ll enjoy watching these episodes as much as I enjoyed filming and editing them!

One piece of advice though: don’t take them as real recipe videos. You can try the dishes if you’re brave enough, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
